This thesis explores the integration of virtual assistants in office environments to facilitate digital transformation and enhance productivity. The rapid advancement of technology has revolutionized the way businesses operate, influencing the adoption of digital solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Virtual assistants, powered by artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP) technologies, have emerged as valuable tools for automating tasks, providing support, and enhancing communication within organizations. This research aims to investigate the implementation of virtual assistants in office settings and their impact on productivity. The study begins with an examination of the background of digital transformation in office environments, highlighting the evolution of technology and its influence on workplace dynamics.
