Abstract
In today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, information and communication technology (ICT) competencies have become essential for office managers in financial institutions to effectively manage their responsibilities. This research project aims to identify the specific ICT competencies that are required by office managers working in financial institutions. The study will explore the various areas of ICT that are crucial for office managers to possess in order to excel in their roles within the financial sector.
