This project was carried out to determine the impact or value money as one of the factors which motivate employees toward carrying out their work efficiency and productivity. This study was carried out at Sky Bank Plc. Ilaro Ogun State. The population  comprises of all employees of the organization. Survey method with the use of questionnaire was adopted in gathering the primary data. Three research  question  were developed and a questionnaire was draw and administered to 30 staff of Sky Bank Ilaro selected by simple random sampling techniques. It was found that financial incentive has a vey strong impact motivating employees to put in extra effort and which leads to high productivity in an organization.
