Thesis Abstract

Public relations practices play a significant role in shaping the reputation and perception of private airlines in Nigeria. This research project aims to investigate the effects of public relations practices in private Nigerian airlines. The study will examine the various strategies and tactics employed by these airlines to manage their public image, communicate with stakeholders, and build relationships with the public. The research will utilize a mixed-methods approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods. Surveys will be conducted to gather quantitative data on public perceptions of private Nigerian airlines and their public relations efforts. In addition, interviews and focus groups will be conducted with key stakeholders, such as airline officials, employees, passengers, and industry experts, to gain deeper insights into the public relations practices of these airlines.
