This thesis explores the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance library services. The rapid advancements in AI technologies have opened up new possibilities for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of library operations. The study begins with an overview of the current state of library services and the growing need for innovative solutions to address the challenges faced by libraries in the digital age. The research methodology involves a comprehensive literature review to examine existing AI applications in libraries and identify best practices for successful implementation. Chapter One provides an introduction to the project, discussing the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definition of key terms. Chapter Two presents a detailed literature review of relevant studies on AI in library services, covering topics such as AI technologies used in libraries, benefits and challenges of AI implementation, and examples of successful AI applications in library settings.
