Abstract
This thesis investigates the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on library services and user experience. The integration of AI technologies in library settings has transformed traditional library services and redefined user interactions. Through a comprehensive review of literature, this study explores the various ways in which AI is being utilized in libraries to enhance services and improve user experience. The research methodology involves a mixed-methods approach, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative data collection methods to gather insights from library professionals and users. Chapter One provides an introduction to the study, outlining the background, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, and structure of the thesis. It also includes the definition of key terms related to the research topic. Chapter Two presents a detailed literature review on AI applications in libraries, covering ten key aspects such as AI technologies, library automation, personalized services, recommendation systems, data analytics, and user engagement. Chapter Three delves into the research methodology, detailing the research design, sampling techniques, data collection methods, and data analysis procedures.
