Abstract
This thesis focuses on the analysis of user satisfaction with electronic resource management systems in academic libraries. The increasing reliance on electronic resources in academic libraries has led to the implementation of electronic resource management systems to effectively manage and provide access to these resources. User satisfaction plays a crucial role in the success and utilization of these systems, as satisfied users are more likely to engage with the resources and services provided by the library. This study aims to investigate the factors that influence user satisfaction with electronic resource management systems in academic libraries, with a specific focus on user experience, system functionality, content accessibility, and technical support. The research methodology includes a comprehensive literature review to explore existing studies on user satisfaction with electronic resource management systems in academic libraries. The study also involves collecting primary data through surveys and interviews with library users to gather insights into their experiences and satisfaction levels with the electronic resource management systems. The data collected will be analyzed using quantitative and qualitative methods to identify patterns, trends, and correlations related to user satisfaction. The findings of this study will contribute to the existing body of knowledge on electronic resource management systems in academic libraries and provide valuable insights for library administrators and information professionals to enhance user satisfaction and improve the overall user experience.
