Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a transformative force in various industries, and its potential impact on library services and user experience is a subject of increasing interest and importance. This thesis explores the implications of integrating AI technologies into library operations to enhance services and improve user experiences. The research delves into the current landscape of AI applications in libraries, identifies challenges and opportunities, and assesses the impact on user engagement and satisfaction. Chapter 1 provides an introduction to the study, presenting the background of the research, defining the problem statement, outlining the objectives, highlighting the limitations and scope of the study, discussing the significance, and presenting the structure of the thesis. This chapter also includes a comprehensive definition of key terms related to AI and library services. In Chapter 2, a detailed literature review examines existing research and scholarly works related to AI in libraries.
