By examining the strategies, programs, and resources implemented by libraries to address the information needs of this demographic, the research seeks to evaluate the effectiveness of library initiatives in enhancing digital literacy and information access. The study also aims to identify challenges and opportunities in supporting information literacy for individuals with limited digital skills, ultimately contributing to the advancement of inclusive library services. <br></p>
