The study seeks to assess the effectiveness of library initiatives in fostering interest, skills development, and career pathways in STEM fields among diverse community members, with a focus on youth and underrepresented groups. By employing a mixed-methods approach, the research aims to provide insights into the influence of library programs on STEM education and career development and to propose recommendations for enhancing their impact. <br></p>
