<p> This research project aims to evaluate the effectiveness of library outreach programs targeted at underserved populations. The study will assess the impact of outreach initiatives on community engagement, information access, and the provision of library services to marginalized groups. By employing a mixed-methods approach, the research seeks to identify best practices, challenges, and opportunities for enhancing the outreach efforts of libraries in serving underserved populations. <br></p>
