It will investigate the strategies employed by libraries in utilizing social media platforms to enhance visibility, communication, and outreach. The research will employ a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of social media metrics with qualitative assessment of user perceptions and experiences. By evaluating the role of social media in promoting library services, this study seeks to provide insights into effective practices and recommendations for optimizing social media engagement in the library context. <br></p>

However, the effectiveness of social media strategies in promoting library services and engaging with users remains a topic of interest and inquiry. This research aims to address this gap by examining the impact of social media on library visibility, user engagement, and service promotion.</div><div>By evaluating the role of social media in promoting library services, this study seeks to provide evidence-based insights into the effectiveness of social media strategies employed by libraries. The findings of this research will contribute to the development of best practices and recommendations for optimizing social media engagement in the library context.
