Mobile library services have become increasingly popular due to the widespread use of smart devices with small screens such as laptops, pocket PCs, BlackBerrys, Palms, and data-enabled cell phones. This research project aims to explore the problems, challenges, opportunities, and technological advancements in providing library services through these devices. The main problems faced by mobile library services include limited screen size, connectivity issues, and compatibility with different devices. Small screens on these smart devices can pose challenges in displaying content effectively, especially for reading long texts or complex graphical information.
