Leadership style plays a crucial role in influencing staff productivity within organizations. This research project aims to conduct a comparative study on different leadership styles and their impact on staff productivity. The study will focus on identifying the most effective leadership style that enhances staff productivity in various work environments. The research will utilize both quantitative and qualitative methods to gather data and analyze the results. The study will involve surveying employees from different organizations to assess their perceptions of their leaders' leadership styles and how these styles affect their productivity. Additionally, interviews with managers and supervisors will be conducted to gain further insights into the leadership styles practiced within the organizations. The research will also examine the organizational structures and cultures to understand how they interact with leadership styles to influence staff productivity.
