This thesis explores the impact of digital technologies on information literacy instruction, focusing on how these technologies have transformed teaching and learning practices within academic library settings. The study investigates the challenges and opportunities presented by digital technologies in enhancing information literacy skills among library users. Chapter one provides an introduction to the research topic, presenting the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definitions of key terms.
