By examining the role of user empowerment in community building, the study endeavors to provide insights into best practices and challenges in fostering a sense of community within library settings.</div><div>Drawing upon a theoretical framework and existing literature, the research will delve into the various user empowerment initiatives implemented by libraries, their impact on community building, and the challenges faced in implementing such initiatives. Additionally, the study will examine the role of user involvement in library decision-making, building partnerships and networks, and promoting inclusivity and diversity as key components of community building within library settings.</div><div>The findings of this research are expected to contribute to the ongoing discourse on the impact of user empowerment initiatives on community building in libraries, providing valuable insights for library practitioners, administrators, and stakeholders seeking to enhance their user empowerment programs for community development.
