<p> This research project aims to assess the impact of library user training programs on academic success and retention among university students. The study will investigate the effectiveness of library user training initiatives in equipping students with information literacy skills, research competencies, and the ability to effectively utilize library resources. By examining the correlation between participation in library user training and academic performance, as well as retention rates, the research seeks to provide insights into the contribution of library user training to student success and persistence in higher education. <br></p>
