Libraries play a crucial role in serving the diverse needs of their communities, and user advisory committees have emerged as a valuable mechanism for gathering user input, shaping library services, and fostering user engagement. This study seeks to comprehensively assess the impact of library user advisory committees on service enhancement. By examining the role of user advisory committees in providing feedback, shaping library services, and fostering user engagement, the research aims to provide insights into their effectiveness in improving library services and meeting user needs.

Drawing upon a theoretical framework and existing literature, the research endeavors to provide a comprehensive understanding of the role of user advisory committees in libraries, their impact on service enhancement, and best practices for their establishment and operation. Through the utilization of a mixed-methods approach, the study aims to gather insights from library staff, committee members, and library users to assess the impact of user advisory committees on service improvements, user satisfaction, and community building.
