The study will investigate the various strategies and programs implemented by libraries to engage users and build a sense of community, as well as the effects of these initiatives on user satisfaction, library usage, and community cohesion. By examining the outcomes of user engagement efforts, the research seeks to provide insights into the role of libraries in fostering community building and support through active user participation. <br></p>
