Libraries are committed to providing high-quality services that meet the diverse needs of their user communities. User satisfaction surveys serve as valuable tools for capturing user feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and fostering service quality enhancement within library settings. This study seeks to comprehensively evaluate the impact of library user satisfaction surveys on service quality improvement. By understanding the effectiveness of user satisfaction surveys in driving service enhancements, this research aims to provide insights into how user feedback can be leveraged to optimize service quality within libraries.

Drawing upon a theoretical framework and existing literature, the research endeavors to provide a comprehensive understanding of the influence of user satisfaction surveys on library operations and service delivery.
