This thesis examines the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on intellectual property rights (IPR). The rapid advancement of AI technology has raised significant legal and ethical questions regarding ownership, protection, and enforcement of intellectual property in the digital age. This study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the challenges and opportunities that AI presents for IPR, focusing on copyright, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets. The research begins with an exploration of the theoretical framework underpinning AI and IPR, highlighting the fundamental principles and legal doctrines that govern the protection of intellectual property assets.
