It will explore the role of international law, the challenges of prosecuting war crimes, the ethical considerations in achieving justice and reconciliation, and the impact of transitional justice processes on post-conflict societies. The study seeks to provide a comprehensive analysis of the complexities surrounding war crimes tribunals and transitional justice, aiming to foster a deeper understanding of the legal, ethical, and social dimensions that shape these mechanisms. <br></p>

It will then delve into the examination of international legal frameworks for prosecuting war crimes, exploring case studies of war crimes tribunals and the challenges in prosecuting war crimes under international law.</div><div>Furthermore, the project will investigate the ethical dilemmas in achieving justice and reconciliation after mass atrocities, examining the role of truth-seeking, accountability, and reparations in transitional justice processes, and assessing the impact of transitional justice on victims, perpetrators, and post-conflict societies.
