Abstract
The shift towards remote work has become increasingly prevalent in the modern workforce, necessitating organizations to adapt their employee engagement strategies to suit this new working environment. This research investigates the various employee engagement strategies implemented by organizations in remote work settings through a detailed case study analysis. The study aims to provide insights into the challenges faced by employees in remote work environments and how organizations can effectively engage their remote workforce to enhance productivity and job satisfaction. The research methodology employed in this study includes a comprehensive literature review to establish the theoretical foundation of employee engagement and remote work practices.
