Abstract
Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) continue to be a significant public health concern globally, contributing to a substantial burden of morbidity and mortality. This research project aims to investigate the various risk factors, prevention strategies, and treatment options for CVDs. The study will focus on exploring the role of lifestyle factors such as diet, physical activity, smoking, and alcohol consumption in the development and progression of CVDs.
