This thesis investigates the impact of sustainable agricultural practices on household income in rural communities. Sustainable agriculture is increasingly recognized as a critical approach to ensuring food security, environmental sustainability, and economic development, particularly in rural areas where agriculture plays a significant role in livelihoods. The study aims to assess how the adoption of sustainable agricultural practices influences household income levels in rural communities, with a focus on understanding the mechanisms through which these practices can enhance economic outcomes for rural households. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to gather data from a sample of rural households practicing sustainable agriculture.
