The prevalence of sedentary lifestyles among young adults has raised concerns about cardiovascular health. This study investigates the impact of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) on cardiovascular health in sedentary young adults. The aim of this research is to examine the effectiveness of HIIT in improving cardiovascular health markers such as blood pressure, heart rate, cholesterol levels, and overall fitness in this population.
