Climate change is a pressing global issue with far-reaching impacts, particularly on coastal communities. This thesis explores the multifaceted impacts of climate change on coastal communities, focusing on the environmental, social, and economic dimensions. The study delves into the specific challenges faced by coastal communities as a result of climate change, such as sea-level rise, coastal erosion, extreme weather events, and loss of biodiversity. Through a comprehensive analysis, this research aims to deepen our understanding of the interplay between climate change and coastal communities and provide valuable insights for policymakers, stakeholders, and communities. Chapter One provides the foundation for the study, starting with the Introduction (1.1) which sets the context for the research. The Background of Study (1.2) offers a comprehensive overview of the existing literature on climate change impacts on coastal communities. The Problem Statement (1.3) identifies the gaps and challenges in the current understanding of this issue. The Objectives of Study (1.4) outline the specific goals and aims of the research, while the Limitations of Study (1.5) and Scope of Study (1.6) define the boundaries and constraints of the research.
