Abstract
Climate change is one of the most pressing environmental challenges facing the world today, with significant implications for coastal areas due to rising sea levels and changing weather patterns. This research project focuses on assessing the impact of climate change on coastal erosion in a specific region. The study aims to investigate how climate change is affecting coastal erosion processes and identify potential strategies for mitigating these impacts. The research begins with a comprehensive review of the literature on climate change, coastal erosion, and their interconnections. This literature review highlights the current understanding of the mechanisms through which climate change influences coastal erosion and the key factors contributing to vulnerability in coastal regions. The methodology chapter outlines the research design and methods employed in this study, including data collection techniques, sampling strategies, and analytical approaches. The research methodology includes field surveys, remote sensing analysis, and statistical modeling to assess the extent and rate of coastal erosion in the study area.
