Abstract
Climate change is a pressing global issue that has significant impacts on coastal regions, leading to increased coastal erosion rates. This research project aims to assess the impact of climate change on coastal erosion patterns in a specific coastal region through a comprehensive case study. The study area, located in a coastal region, has been experiencing noticeable changes in erosion patterns over recent years, likely influenced by climate change factors such as rising sea levels and changing weather patterns. The research project begins with a thorough review of existing literature on climate change, coastal erosion, and their interconnections. This literature review provides a theoretical foundation for understanding the complex relationship between climate change and coastal erosion patterns. It also highlights the importance of addressing these issues to mitigate the adverse effects on coastal communities and ecosystems.
