Abstract
The Agbara Industrial Estate serves as a case study to examine the impacts of industrial setups on the environment. The industrial estate, located in Nigeria, hosts a variety of industries ranging from manufacturing to processing plants. This study aims to assess the environmental consequences of industrial activities within the estate, considering factors such as air and water pollution, waste generation, and land degradation. Through a combination of field surveys, data collection, and analysis, the research provides insights into the extent of environmental degradation caused by industrial operations in the Agbara Industrial Estate.
