The food industry is constantly seeking innovative ways to enhance food packaging materials to extend the shelf life of products and ensure food safety and quality. This thesis presents the research and development of a novel food packaging material aimed at improving the shelf life extension of various food products. The study focuses on addressing the limitations of current packaging materials and explores new approaches to enhance food preservation and storage.
