Abstract
**
This research project aims to investigate the application of novel food processing techniques as a means of reducing food waste in the food industry. Food waste is a significant global issue with economic, environmental, and social implications. Traditional food processing methods often contribute to food waste through inefficiencies in handling, storage, and distribution. This study proposes to explore innovative processing techniques that can extend the shelf life of perishable foods, optimize processing parameters to minimize losses, and utilize by-products for value-added products. Through a combination of literature review, experimental research, and case studies, this project seeks to identify promising approaches for mitigating food waste and promoting sustainability in the food supply chain.
