Foodborne pathogens pose a significant risk to public health, causing numerous outbreaks and illnesses worldwide. Understanding the survival of these pathogens during food processing is crucial for ensuring food safety. This research aims to investigate the effects of various food processing techniques on the survival and inactivation of common foodborne pathogens. Through a series of experiments, including heat treatments, cold storage, and antimicrobial interventions, this study seeks to elucidate the factors influencing pathogen survival and develop strategies to mitigate their risk in the food supply chain.
