The study will explore common food processing techniques such as heat treatment, freezing, drying, and fermentation, and their efficacy in controlling foodborne parasites. By elucidating the relationship between food processing and parasite survival, this research seeks to provide insights that can inform the development of more effective strategies for preventing parasitic contamination in the food supply chain.
