Abstract
This research project aims to assess the nutritional composition of indigenous food crops in [Specify Region or Country], with a focus on their potential contribution to food security and public health. Indigenous food crops are often rich in essential nutrients and possess unique nutritional profiles that make them valuable resources for sustainable agriculture and diversified diets. However, despite their importance, there is limited comprehensive data on the nutritional composition of these crops.
