Geographic Information Systems (GIS) have emerged as a valuable tool in addressing these challenges by providing spatial data analysis and visualization capabilities. This thesis explores the utilization of GIS for effective property management in urban areas. The study aims to investigate the potential benefits of GIS in enhancing property management practices, addressing key issues, and improving decision-making processes in urban property management. The research begins with an in-depth exploration of the background of GIS technology and its applications in property management. It identifies the problem statement, highlighting the existing gaps and challenges faced in urban property management. The objectives of the study are outlined to guide the research process towards achieving specific goals in leveraging GIS for property management.
