Blockchain technology has gained significant attention in various industries due to its potential to revolutionize traditional processes by providing transparent, secure, and decentralized systems. In the real estate sector, the use of blockchain technology offers promising solutions to challenges such as lack of transparency, fraud, and inefficiencies in property transactions. This thesis explores the application of blockchain technology in real estate management to enhance transparency in property transactions. The study begins with an introduction that outlines the background of the research, presents the problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance of the study, and the structure of the thesis. A comprehensive literature review in Chapter Two examines existing studies on blockchain technology and its applications in real estate management. The review covers topics such as the principles of blockchain, smart contracts, tokenization of assets, and case studies of blockchain implementation in real estate. Chapter Three outlines the research methodology employed in this study, including research design, data collection methods, sampling techniques, data analysis procedures, and ethical considerations. The methodology is designed to investigate the impact of blockchain technology on transparency in property transactions and to identify the challenges and opportunities associated with its implementation in real estate management.
