This thesis investigates the implementation of sustainable practices in property management to enhance asset performance. Sustainable practices in property management have become increasingly important in the real estate industry due to the growing awareness of environmental issues and the need for long-term value creation. The study aims to explore how integrating sustainability principles into property management practices can lead to improved asset performance, including increased property value, reduced operational costs, and enhanced tenant satisfaction. The research methodology employed a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative analysis of financial and performance data with qualitative interviews and surveys of property managers, tenants, and industry experts.
