The study begins by providing an overview of the background of sustainable development in the real estate sector, highlighting the need for a shift towards more sustainable practices. The problem statement identifies the challenges faced in implementing sustainability in real estate projects, such as high initial costs, lack of awareness, and resistance to change. The objectives of the study are to examine the current state of sustainable practices in real estate development, identify key barriers to implementation, and propose strategies to overcome these challenges. The limitations of the study include the focus on a specific geographical area and the reliance on secondary data sources.
