Sustainability has become a key consideration in real estate development due to the increasing awareness of environmental issues and the need for long-term viability. This thesis investigates the implementation of sustainable practices in real estate development, focusing on a case study in urban areas. The study aims to evaluate the current practices, challenges, and opportunities for integrating sustainability principles into urban real estate projects. The research begins with an introduction to the importance of sustainability in real estate and the background of the study, highlighting the necessity of sustainable practices in urban development. The problem statement identifies the gaps in existing practices and the need for a more sustainable approach.
