Climate change is a pressing global issue that has significant implications for coastal ecosystems worldwide. This thesis examines the impact of climate change on a specific coastal area, focusing on the changes in temperature, sea level rise, extreme weather events, and ocean acidification. The study aims to understand how these environmental stressors affect the biodiversity, habitats, and overall health of the coastal ecosystem. The literature review provides a comprehensive overview of existing research on climate change impacts on coastal ecosystems, highlighting the current knowledge gaps and research methodologies used in previous studies.
