The advancement of technology has led to the development of various applications aimed at improving different aspects of our lives. One such area that has witnessed significant growth is the field of healthcare. This research project focuses on the design and implementation of a mobile health monitoring system that utilizes wearable sensors to continuously track and analyze vital signs of patients. The system aims to provide real-time monitoring and early detection of any abnormalities, allowing for timely medical intervention and potentially saving lives. The mobile health monitoring system consists of a wearable device equipped with sensors to measure vital signs such as heart rate, blood pressure, and temperature. These sensors collect data continuously and wirelessly transmit it to a mobile application installed on the user's smartphone. The mobile application processes the incoming data and displays the vital signs in an easy-to-understand format for both the user and healthcare providers. One of the key features of the system is its ability to set personalized thresholds for each vital sign based on the individual's health profile. When any of the vital signs deviate from the set thresholds, the system triggers an alert to notify the user and designated healthcare providers. This early warning system enables timely intervention in case of any potential health risks, reducing the likelihood of severe complications. In addition to real-time monitoring, the mobile health monitoring system also includes a feature for storing and analyzing historical data. This allows users and healthcare providers to track trends in vital signs over time, making it easier to identify any patterns or anomalies that may require further investigation. By providing a comprehensive view of the patient's health status, the system enhances the quality of care and enables proactive management of chronic conditions.
