This research project aims to investigate the impact of social media on mental health among teenagers. The study will explore the relationship between social media usage and various aspects of mental health, including self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and overall psychological well-being. The research will be conducted through a combination of surveys, interviews, and data analysis to gather comprehensive insights into the subject matter. The increasing prevalence of social media platforms in the lives of teenagers has raised concerns about the potential negative effects on their mental health. This study seeks to provide a deeper understanding of how social media influences the mental well-being of teenagers in today's digital age. By examining the patterns of social media usage and its correlation with mental health indicators, the research aims to identify potential risk factors and protective factors associated with social media engagement. The research will involve a sample of teenagers from diverse backgrounds to ensure a comprehensive and representative analysis of the relationship between social media and mental health.
