Thesis Abstract

The abstract for the research project is as follows This research study explores the impact of social media usage on mental health among adolescents. Social media has become an integral part of daily life for many individuals, especially among the younger generation. While social media platforms offer various benefits such as connectivity, information sharing, and entertainment, there is a growing concern about the negative effects they may have on mental health.
