Abstract
The Anammco Workers Multi-Purpose Co-operative Society plays a crucial role in supporting the welfare and economic empowerment of its members. This research aims to provide an in-depth appraisal of the activities and management methods of the co-operative society. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative data collection methods to gather comprehensive information. The research findings reveal that the Anammco Workers Multi-Purpose Co-operative Society engages in various activities, including savings mobilization, credit provision, and income-generating projects. These activities contribute significantly to the financial stability and social well-being of the members. The management methods employed by the co-operative society are characterized by transparency, accountability, and democratic decision-making processes. These methods foster trust and cooperation among members, leading to the overall success of the co-operative society. Furthermore, the study identifies several challenges faced by the co-operative society, such as limited financial resources, inadequate infrastructure, and external market competition. 1.1 GENERAL INTRODUCTION
The population of this study is limited to the worker’s of ANAMMCO who come together of their own free will to form the ANAMMCO worker’s multipurpose co-operative society Ltd. This is made up of people who voluntarily associated together as human beings on the basis of equality, for their social-economic interest.
Anammco worker’s multipurpose co-operative society limited has become co-operative that co-operation as a corrective measure to capitalism, has an ideological base that is rooted on democracy, caring and sharing.
The society was formed in August 11 1987 and was incorporated in 25 March 1988, with total membership of 415. Activities of the society include: granting of loans to members, establishment of staff shop to sell commodities.
Presently, Anammco worker’s multi-purpose co-operative society has about 748 members, among them are 70 females and 678 males.
Anammco worker’s multipurpose co-operative society ltd has about N55,000,000 value In this case most of these essential components of the air conditioner which seems to be very delicate, need not be handled carelessly, when it developed any fault and again, it should not be handled by non-exports in the field of air conditioning and refrigeration.
The last group that handled the project are classified as non-exports in the field of air conditioning. We say this because an air conditioning system that has the problems outlined above needs not be repaired as they had done without replacing some of the components with a brand new spare parts and the normal size that is the size of the machine air conditioner

The drier which was blocked up by impurities was changed and replaced with a new one. As a result, its caused by poor cycling of refrigerant through. The copper capillary of the air conditioner which we repaired by replacing the drier with a new one. Through we can still be in a good condition. of their Assets and N25,000,000 value of liabilities.
Co-operative as social economic society have their record books which they use to record all the financial transactions and the event in the society. In Anammco multipurpose Limited, they use six record books among them are:-
