This thesis investigates the impact of interactive online learning tools on economics education in higher institutions. The rapid advancement of technology has transformed the traditional educational landscape, providing new opportunities for enhancing learning experiences. In this study, the focus is on exploring how interactive online tools can be effectively utilized to improve economics education in higher institutions. The research methodology employed a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to gather data from students and instructors. Chapter 1 provides an introduction to the study, presenting the background, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definitions of terms. Chapter 2 offers a comprehensive literature review, covering ten key areas related to interactive online learning tools in economics education. The review highlights the benefits, challenges, and best practices associated with integrating technology into the learning process.
