The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of income distribution data with qualitative examination of government policies and their implementation. A comprehensive literature review is conducted to explore existing theories and empirical studies on income inequality and government policies in developing countries. Chapter 2 presents a detailed analysis of the literature on income inequality, government policies, and their impact on economic disparities.
