With advancements in AI technology, there is a growing concern about the potential displacement of human workers by machines. The study explores the various ways in which AI is reshaping the labor market, including automation of routine tasks, augmentation of human capabilities, and the creation of new job opportunities in AI-related fields. The research also delves into the challenges and opportunities presented by AI in the workplace, such as concerns about job displacement, the need for upskilling and reskilling, and the ethical implications of AI adoption. By analyzing current trends and future projections, this study aims to provide valuable insights into how individuals, organizations, and policymakers can navigate the evolving landscape of work in the age of artificial intelligence.
