Abstract
The rise of artificial intelligence (AI) in recent years has brought about significant advancements in various fields, including healthcare, finance, and transportation. AI technologies, such as machine learning and natural language processing, have enabled computers to perform complex tasks that were previously thought to be exclusive to human intelligence. This research project focuses on exploring the applications of AI in the healthcare industry, specifically in the field of medical image analysis. Medical image analysis plays a crucial role in diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, such as cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and neurological disorders. Traditionally, medical image analysis has been a time-consuming and labor-intensive process, requiring trained professionals to interpret and analyze the images accurately. However, with the advent of AI technologies, there is a growing interest in leveraging machine learning algorithms to automate and enhance the analysis of medical images. The primary objective of this research is to investigate the potential benefits of using AI in medical image analysis. By leveraging deep learning algorithms, researchers aim to develop AI systems capable of accurately detecting and classifying abnormalities in medical images, such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans. These AI systems have the potential to assist healthcare professionals in making faster and more accurate diagnoses, leading to improved patient outcomes and reduced healthcare costs. Furthermore, this research project also aims to address some of the challenges and limitations associated with implementing AI in medical image analysis.
