Thesis Abstract

<p> The project aims to explore the application of bioinformatics in analyzing crop transcriptomics and metabolomics data to gain insights into gene expression patterns and metabolic pathways associated with crop growth, development, and stress responses. The study will involve the use of computational tools and databases to process, analyze, and interpret high-throughput sequencing data, as well as metabolomic profiles, to unravel the molecular mechanisms underlying important agronomic traits in crops. The findings from this research will contribute to a better understanding of crop molecular biology and provide valuable information for crop improvement and breeding programs. <br></p>
